It is named after the two olive trees that were situated on the property at the exact spot where the house is built. The entire house is decorated in a modern and minimalist style, guided by simple lines and earthy tones. Built in 2024, it has 250 m² of living space and a 600 m² yard.

The ground floor of the house consists of an open space area that accommodates the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The living room boasts a warm ambiance created by stylish lighting, complemented by an 75'' QLED Smart TV and a spacious corner sofa, perfect for fostering togetherness and unforgettable movie nights with the entire family. The kitchen is a culinary oasis, fully equipped with all neccessry appliances and featuring a large island that facilitates effortless meal preparation. The dining table is designed for 8 people, with two additional seats available upon request.

Sun deck is placed next to the pool, furnished with modern loungers and an easily adjustable umbrella to cater to guests’ preferences. The rear of the house facilitates a lush lawn, perfect for children's activities and outdoor sports for adults. Additionally, there is parking available for up to four vehicles, complete with an outdoor charging outlet.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy bedroom and a stylish bathroom featuring walk in shower, along with a technical toilet that doubles as a laundry room, complete with state-of-the-art washer and dryer for effortless convenience.

Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover three exquisite bedrooms, each accompanied by its own private bathroom. All bathrooms feature indulgent walk-in showers, with one showcasing a stunning freestanding bath for a touch of luxury. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are graced with welcoming entryways, equipped with built-in wardrobes and 55'' smart televisions for your entertainment.
